Vetting: Beauty is in perfect health! She was in heat when caught, so we will need to wait 6-8 weeks to have her spayed. Otherwise, she is up to date on her vetting. **She has not yet been heartworm tested**

Beauty was running at large for at least 3 months before being caught. Although she does not seem like it, she is a flight risk since coming in care. We are being cautious and not giving her opportunities where she could get off leash.
We are fairly confident that with time, training and relationship building, this girl could be an off leash candidate however, unless she sticks around in rescue for a long time, we will not be testing this.
First impressions:
Dogs: Unsure with dogs, will need time to build up confidence and socialization.
Cats: Unsure with cats, currently she is scared of them while out and barks at them when they approach her crate, her foster mom is working on desensitizing her to the cats.
Kids: Good with kids, though may be best in a home with older kids due to her size and energy level
Strangers: Loves all people! She is affection, but not overbearing.
Crate Skills: Excellent in a crate, very clean and will not mess in her kennel.
Leash Skill: Pulls on leash a bit, she is strong and not easily phased by leash pressure, however, takes corrections well.
Car: Nervous to get in the car, but relaxes fairly quickly
Energy Level: Medium energy, calm in house and enjoys walks, but can get zoomies outside. Very happy girl, but easily overstimulated.
Confidence: Slightly insecure in new settings, however, warms up very quickly and loves human affection. Nervous on slippery floors but getting used to it.
Affection: Very affectionate girl!
Training: Very food motivated, loves training to the point that she is pushy during her sessions (a dog trainer's dream dog)
